The International Association of Yoga Therapists
In March of 2008, the Divine School of Yoga Therapy LLC attended the landmark meeting with yoga therapist training program directors at the 2nd Annual IAYT conference in Los Angeles to develop educational standards and address ongoing common issues. The Divine School of Yoga Therapy LLC is a charter member of IAYT member school programs. IAYT supports research and education in Yoga, and serves as a professional organization for Yoga teachers and Yoga therapists worldwide. Our mission is to establish Yoga as a recognized and respected therapy.

Symposium on Yoga Therapy and Research
In March of 2006, Divine School of Yoga Therapy LLC attended the first SYTAR symposium joining the initial effort to provide opportunities to share and learn from peers and support the development of ongoing learning communities centered on mutual professional interests.
Annually, the Divine School of Yoga Therapy LLC participates in the pre-conference IAYT “meeting of schools” where approximately 40 schools gather to explore and develop educational standards in the field of therapeutic yoga.

Yoga Alliance
Late 2007, Yoga Alliance registered teacher/trainer, Gusti Ratliff (E-RYT 500), submitted application to become a Registered Yoga School (RYS). In February, 2008, the teacher training program was approved meeting the educational standards set for by Yoga Alliance. Yoga Alliance maintains registries, available to the public, of teachers and teacher training programs that meet their minimum training and experience requirements.
